For returns, contact us before shipping anything back so we can send the correct return instructions.
Orders and confirmation. An order is an offer to purchase. We confirm the order when we send a shipping confirmation. If a product is unavailable after you order, we will contact you and either offer a substitute or cancel the order and refund you in full.
Pricing errors. If a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a technical or human error, we may cancel the order and refund you rather than fulfill it at the incorrect price. We will notify you if this happens.
